As Sound Archives Metadata Librarian, I create metadata primarily for audio and video recordings in the Archive of Recorded Sound. I describe both physical and digitized materials in order to make them more accessible for our users. Before arriving at Stanford, I worked in public services at the Indiana University Cook Music Library.
